Spot It! is a casual puzzle game where players find the different item in a grid of similar items.
We designed the first version of Spot It! to work primarily offline. The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play the game.

3. Advertising
Spot It! may display advertisements using Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google.

Spot It! does not require registration or a user account.
The first version of the App does not provide online accounts, cloud saves, or server-based profiles.
6. No Backend or Cloud Storage
The first version of Spot It! does not operate its own backend service for storing player accounts or game progress.
Core gameplay, scoring, achievements, statistics, and progression are handled locally on your device.
7. Internet Access
Spot It! is designed to remain playable without an internet connection.
An internet connection may be required for third-party services such as advertising. The availability of advertisements does not affect the core offline gameplay.
8. Children's Privacy
Spot It! is a casual puzzle game and does not knowingly request children to provide personal information.
The App does not require users to submit their name, email address, phone number, or other personal information in order to play.
Because advertising services may process information from users, advertising configurations are subject to the requirements and settings applicable to the App and its intended audience.

Spot It! may use third-party services to provide functionality such as advertising.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
Since the first version stores game progress locally on your device and does not maintain user accounts or a game database on our own servers, there is no central Spot It! player database containing your game progress.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress stored locally remains on your device until you delete the App data, uninstall the App, or use an available in-app option to reset your progress.
Since Spot It! does not maintain personal user accounts in its first version, there is no Spot It! account containing personal information that needs to be deleted.
Information processed by third-party services such as advertising providers is subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.
12. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights regarding personal information processed by third-party services.
You can also manage certain advertising and privacy settings through your Android device and Google's privacy controls.
